Please allow 2 business days for your order to be posted.
Standard & Express shipping offered within Australia at Australia Post prices.
COVID - There is currently slight delays in deliveries via AusPost.
Express Post parcels will still be accepted and prioritised first for delivery by Australia Post. However next day delivery cannot be confirmed nor can delivery times, please expect an increase in delivery times.
We are happy to offer refunds on all purchases providing the product is returned in unused and unwashed condition. We DO NOT offer refunds for Change of Mind.
Return postage is at buyers’ expense.
To arrange a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase, the item must be received back to us within 14 days.
If you paid for your order via Afterpay, 6% of your order price will be deducted from the refund.
Warranty / Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will provide you with a replacement (where available) or a full refund of the purchase amount excluding shipping, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time (6-12mths maximum from the date of purchase, depending on the issue, wash and wear - in accordance with Australian Consumer Law), with proof of purchase from our online store and you are the original purchaser.
If your item is within Warranty and is deemed faulty, the item must be returned to us for inspection before a replacement or refund will be processed.
